• I’ve always thought of myself as an NPR aficionado. One of those snooty NPR fans who considers it a moral obligation to send them money and whose face takes on a fart-detecting grimace upon meeting someone who doesn’t listen to NPR. However, after getting my morning news for the better part of a year from the punchier, more aggressive Air America (until their affiliate sold out and close a couple weeks ago), trying to start my mornings with the reporting from NPR feels like someone’s replaced my Corn Pops with quaaludes.
  • Just because a brand of coffee comes in a 10oz brick vacuum packed in yellow foil with red details and Spanish writing on it does not mean it is “just like Cafe Bustelo.” This may or may not have anything to do with the aforementioned quaaludes.
  • Nevermind.  I’m pretty sure Lois Reitzes is behind the quaaludes.
