Well, the suggestion to clip some audio from the Newt Gingrich video was popular, and not at all a bad idea. But I wasn’t quite sure I was ready to make a politically controversial first impression. Then, as with so many good ideas, I had another water closet epiphany: Faking It. As far as introductions to why I want to get into public radio go, that seems to hit the nail on the head. But boy did it take some red ink to edit that down from a 3:45 nervous read to a 2:00 on-the-nose relaxed one.

So if you wouldn’t mind, go take a listen and lend me your support. Yeah, it requires a registration on the website, but c’mon, I’m like, unemployed and stuff.
